The High Sovereign is the supreme leader of the Albion Dominion, chosen by the Light to guide the civilization toward the Era of Illumination. Currently held by High Sovereign Exaldûn, this role embodies the convergence of Unity, Wisdom, and Strength.

The Council of Radiance: The sovereign's personal cabinet of advisors, consisting of the heads of the Six Orders. They ensure that the will of the Sovereign is enacted across all systems.

1. The Holy Templar Order

"The Shield of the Innocent"

Founded by Valeria and forged by Cassian, the Templars are the ground military force of the Dominion. They are spiritual warriors who view combat as a form of devotion.

Doctrine: The Code of Devotion — Shield of the Innocent, Sword of Integrity, Heart of Resilience.
Special Unit: The Sentinel Watch — Established by Alaric the Resolute to investigate internal threats and purge disloyalty.
Entry Requirement: The Templar Trials (Protection, Honor, Resilience).

2. The Celestial Fleet

"The Guide of the Stars"

Established by Caelum the Unifier, the Fleet is the Dominion's navy and exploration arm. They secure the trade routes known as Orion's Path and defend the skies.

Division I: Vanguard Armada — The primary military defense force.
Division II: Explorer Corps — Founded by High Admiral Orion. Composed of Stellar Navigators and Resource Surveyors.
Ritual: The Navigator’s Rite — A pre-voyage ceremony invoking the Light for safe passage.

3. The Sanctum of Light

"Shepherds of the Soul"

The priesthood and educational body of the Dominion. They maintain the Library of the Celestial Codex and guide citizens through the Harmonization of Souls.

Core Texts: The Codex of Radiance, the Fables of Illumination (codified by Liora), and the Codex of Contemplation (by Amalthea).
Sub-Order: The Order of Insight — A society of scholars and philosophers dedicated to deep study.

4. The Tribunal of Light

"The Sword of Justice"

Founded by Warden Miras, the Tribunal enforces the Codex of Justice. They ensure that no one, not even the leadership, stands above the Law of the Light.

The Archons of Justice: High judges who interpret complex applications of the Codex.
The Inquisitors of the Light: Investigators tasked with rooting out deep-seated corruption.
Tradition: The Tribunal Ceremony — A transparent public trial process (Unity, Wisdom, Strength).

5. The Celestial Concord

"Envoys of Unity"

The diplomatic arm of the Dominion. They oversee the Harmonization Process for new worlds. Under High Sovereign Exaldûn, the Wardens of Unity (formerly of the Tribunal) were merged into this order to streamline peace-keeping.

Role: Negotiating treaties, managing the Rite of Communion for new citizens, and maintaining inter-civilization relations.

6. The Sacred Architects

"Builders of Legacy"

Engineers and artisans responsible for the physical manifestation of the Dominion's glory. They built the Radiant Spire and the Cathedrals of Stone.

Specialty: Harmonic Architecture — Designing structures that resonate with the Harmonics of Trinitara to promote spiritual well-being.
