The Celestial Concord is the voice of the Dominion. They are the bridge builders, forging alliances with other civilizations and guiding new souls through the Harmonization Process. Under High Sovereign Exaldûn, they also manage the Restricted Access Protocols to ensure foreign dignitaries are received safely in designated systems.

The external face of the Dominion. These envoys travel to other civilizations to negotiate treaties, trade agreements, and mutual defense pacts.
"Every Soul Has a Place"
The internal welcoming committee. They manage the Outer Sanctum, vetting new recruits and helping them find their ideal Order. They ensure no citizen feels isolated.
Supreme Diplomat
The chief diplomat. Holds a permanent seat on the Council of Radiance and speaks with the authority of the Sovereign in foreign courts.
Diplomatic envoys assigned to foreign nations. They represent the Dominion at events or trade summits.
Foreign diplomatic envoys from other nations. Note: Per the Security Edict, Honored Envoys are currently restricted to Bazaar and Crossroads systems.
Diplomacy in Action
Objective: Construct Dominion Embassies in allied systems.
Requirement: Must adhere to Sacred Architect aesthetic guidelines.
Objective: Guide lost travelers to the Light.
Protocol: Distribute "Communication Station" messages on community planets inviting players to discord.
Objective: Organize resource drops for new players.
Purpose: Demonstrating the generosity of the Dominion.
