High Sovereign Exaldûn is the current ruler of the Albion Dominion and the architect of the Third Crusade. A figure of immense discipline, he is known as the "Guardian of the Core."
Recognizing the threat of the creeping corruption, Exaldûn took the decisive step to issue the Security Edict, restricting access to the Capital System to protect the Dominion's heart. He rules not from a throne of luxury, but as a wartime leader, ensuring the purity of the Codex and the strength of the Fleet.
Under his reign, the Dominion has mobilized for total war against the Darkness. He wields the Staff of Harmonization not just as a symbol of peace, but as a weapon of order against chaos.
II. The Council of Radiance
The Hands of the Sovereign
The High Sovereign does not rule alone. The Council of Radiance is the supreme executive body of the Dominion. Composed of the leaders of the Six Orders, they advise the Sovereign and enact his will within their respective domains.

How a Sovereign is Chosen
In the Albion Dominion, power is not inherited by blood, nor seized by force. It is recognized by Resonance.
Upon the passing or abdication of a High Sovereign, the Sanctum of Light initiates the Harmonic Vigil. Candidates from the Council of Radiance undergo a series of spiritual and psychological trials within the heart of the Radiant Spire.
The successor is revealed when their personal harmonic signature aligns with the Tri-Solar Frequency of Celestium Solis. This ensures that the leader is physically and spiritually attuned to the will of the Light.
