The Council of Radiance: The sovereign's personal cabinet of advisors, consisting of the heads of the Six Orders. They ensure that the will of the Sovereign is enacted across all systems.

"Shepherds of the Soul"
The priesthood and educational body of the Dominion. They maintain the Library of the Celestial Codex and guide citizens through the Harmonization of Souls.
"The Sword of Justice"
Founded by Warden Miras, the Tribunal enforces the Codex of Justice. They ensure that no one, not even the leadership, stands above the Law of the Light.
"Envoys of Unity"
The diplomatic arm of the Dominion. They oversee the **Harmonization Process** for new worlds. Under High Sovereign Exaldûn, they currently manage the **Restricted Access Protocols** for foreign envoys.
"Builders of Legacy"
Engineers and artisans responsible for the physical manifestation of the Dominion's glory. They built the Radiant Spire and the Cathedrals of Stone.
